The National Assembly is to create six additional states to bring the geo-political zones at par, according to Mrs. Uche Ekwunife, who represents Anaocha/Njikoka/Dunukofia Federal Constituency of Anambra State.
Ekwunife told newsmen in Awka on Tuesday that the South-East, which currently has five states, would get two more while the other zones with six states will get one state each, thus leaving each zone with seven states.
